How TLC Began

Home, above all

After more than a decade working closely with seniors, our founder discovered a powerful truth: most people deeply desire to remain in the comfort of their own homes rather than move to assisted or independent living facilities.

Staying at home not only preserves comfort but can also extend quality of life. This inspired the creation of TLC — a company dedicated to bringing vibrant, personalized lifestyles directly to your doorstep.

"At TLC, we are passionate about helping you live fully, joyfully, and independently in the place you love most: your home."

Sadora Alabre

Founder & CEO

Sadora Alabre founded The Lifestyle Companionship after more than 10 years working directly with seniors and their families, drawn from a career spent in senior care and community health. Time and again, she saw the same truth: the people she cared for wanted one thing above all — to keep living in the home they loved, surrounded by dignity, connection, and joy.

That conviction became TLC. Sadora leads the company with the same hands-on, client-first approach she brought to every home she walked into as a caregiver — building a team, and a standard of care, that treats every client's independence as worth protecting.
